Epson Inkjet Cartridges
Epson inkjet cartridges use a dot matrix type of ink jet cartridge. Epson is also known as Seiko Epson Corporation, owned by Seiko and the headquarters is located in Suwa, Nagano, Japan. Epson is well known for their high quality Epson inkjet cartridge printers and super high resolution that are available in the Stylus printers, Stylus photo, Stylus PictureMate and Stylus all in one printers.
Epson inkjet cartridge printers do not use thermal inkjets, Epson uses Piezoelectric inkjet cartridges. The Piezoelectric crystal in each nozzle change shape when electric current is applied. This allows for the ink droplet to change size and shape to create a super high quality image printing technology. Epson inkjet cartridges are above and beyond thermal inkjet ink.
Epson has developed the next generation ink jet printer head unit that will lead today's industry in printers. Epson uses a thin-film Piezo element, which has the highest degree of distortion and are actuator elements that will be available in printers starting April of 2007. These new head units will be called Micro Piezo print heads in your Epson ink jet cartridges. Epson Piezoelectric inkjet cartridges are by far the most efficient method of inkjet printing and the difference between bubblejet inkjet printer technology is big with quality and performance. |
